Ethel Lee, 88, of Stonewall, MS, passed away on January 10, 2018, at her residence.
She was born on May 6, 1929, to Yelous and Lillie (Evans) Weaver in State Line, MS. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother that loved her church and family.
Ethel is survived by her daughters, Faye (Ronnie) Goldman and Judy (Jimmy) Andrews; brothers, Bill Weaver and Gene Weaver; sisters, Dot James, Marie Etheridge, Earline Lee, Alice Cato, and Bonnie Price; grandchildren, Sonya (Jamie) Howard, Benjie (Kristi) Fleming, Brandon (Tracy) Andrews, and Kelli Fleming; great-grandchildren, Cole Howard, Benton Fleming, Chrissy Howard, Skylar Fleming, and Caden Ivy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James "Jack" Lee; daughter, Lorraine Lee; and parents, Yelous and Lillie Weaver.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 14, 2018, 5:00 pm at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 15, 2018, 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church of Stonewall, with Rev. Nick Ulmer, Rev. Ed Shoemaker, and Rev. Jerry Griffin officiating. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to the service for visitation. Burial will take place in the Stonewall Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Benton Fleming, Brandon Andrews, Jamie Howard, Benjie Fleming, Cole Howard, and Caden Ivy.
