The Senate voted 93-3 recently on new legislation to expand veterans' benefits by allowing beneficiaries to seek out private (non-VA) health care paid for by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

When we lived in another town about 20 years ago, we knew a couple sort of like ourselves. A house, mortgage, two cars, two kids (boy and girl like us), and both parents worked.
